Transparent pricing
No black-box markups. Ever.
Start with a fixed-price service from $49, or run a full order on a 5–10% sourcing fee. Either way you see the factory invoice, and I never touch your money — you pay the factory directly and pay me only after your goods pass inspection.
Start small
Fixed-price services to test the water — from $49
You shouldn't have to bet a big order on an agent you've never worked with. Each of these is small, fixed-price, and delivered in days — a low-risk way to see how I work before you commit to a full sourcing order.
Market price benchmark report
$49–99A written analysis of the real market price range for your product — and why the cheap end is cheap (recycled material? no certs? trader markup?) and the expensive end is expensive.
You get judgment, not just numbers. A comparison site gives you a price; this tells you what it means.
Supplier background check
$49 / supplierA verification report on a factory: is it a real manufacturer or a trading company? Business license, registered capital, production scope, red flags.
Know who you are actually dealing with before you wire a deposit.
1688 sourcing quote (3-factory comparison)
$99I source your product from 3+ factories, negotiate, and hand you a side-by-side quote comparison — plus sample arrangement.
See the real factory price, not a trader’s marked-up one.
Inspection (photo + video QC pack)
$149–299 / visitOn-site quality inspection with a full photo + video report against your agreed checklist. Third-party (SGS/QIMA) arranged on request.
Catch problems before the goods leave China, not after they reach your warehouse.
Paid by Wise / PayPal. Delivered within 48 hours where possible.
Full sourcing
A simple commission — that's it
For end-to-end sourcing — finding factories, negotiating, QC, consolidation and shipping — I charge a percentage of your order value. Smaller orders take more work per dollar, so the rate scales with size. Repeat clients step down automatically (8% → 5% → 3%).
| Order value | Sourcing fee | Typically |
|---|---|---|
| Orders under $10,000 | 8–10% | New products, small test batches |
| $10,000 – $50,000 | 5–8% | Growing orders, ongoing supply |
| Over $50,000 / repeat orders | 3–5% | Established, high-volume buyers |
Included in the commission: factory sourcing & price comparison, negotiation, sample follow-up, QC coordination, consolidation, and shipping/document support. Third-party inspection (SGS/QIMA) and freight are billed at cost.
How payment works
The structure puts the risk on me, not you
- 1
30% deposit to the factory
Paid by you, directly to the factory account on the PI. Your money never sits with me.
- 2
Production + mid-run check
I track production and send you an inspection report while the order is being made.
- 3
Final QC before shipping
Photo/video QC against your checklist. If it fails, we hold the shipment and fix it with the factory.
- 4
Balance + my fee
You release the balance to the factory and pay my fee — only now, only after QC passes.
Pricing FAQ
The money questions, answered straight
Do you mark up the factory price?
No. You see the factory's invoice. My fee is a transparent percentage on top — never a hidden margin baked into the unit price. No black-box markups.
Do I pay you, or the factory?
You pay the factory directly for the goods. You pay me my fee separately, and only after your order passes the agreed QC. I never hold your product money.
What if I just take the factory's contact and skip you?
You can — I'll even introduce you. But from order two onward I already hold your specs, QC history, packaging templates, and every conversation with the factory. Most buyers stay because the service is worth the fee, not because they're locked in.
Do the fixed-price reports count toward a full order?
Yes. If you go on to place a sourcing order with me, the fee you paid for a benchmark report or sourcing quote is credited against your first commission. The starter services exist to earn your trust, not to nickel-and-dime you.
Not sure which fits? Just tell me what you're sourcing.
I'll reply within 24 hours with a clear quote — fixed-price or commission, whichever makes sense for your order.
